We have planned a fun-filled weekend for our 50th class reunion!
We do hope that ALL of you will be able to attend!  The details are included below so that you can know costs, how to order tickets, what to wear, and so on.  If you are coming from out of town, you may want to check out the "Travelers" page for hotel/restaurant ideas as well as for ideas of things to do while you're in town.

The "Howdy" Party -- Friday, April 21st is a chance for all of us to see one another and kick off a great weekend.  NOTE -- VENUE CHANGE!  It will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at The Bistro on Park Avenue -- 348 Park Avenue North.  Following the get-together, you may want to stay at the Bistro for dinner with a whole bunch of friends, or you might want to take your after-party elsewhere.  We are taking dinner reservations for those who wish to stay and dine at The Bistro.  Erika Boesch, owner, has created a special menu of the restaurant's favorites for our group.  Email Mary M. Bowen at marymbowen@hotmail.com to make your reservation!   Appropriate dinner attire...appetizers...one drink coupon per paid attendee (good for wine, beer, well drinks, or soft drinks)...cash bar as well.

The morning Prayer Breakfast -- Saturday, April 22nd has become a tradition for our class.  ANOTHER CHANGE OF VENUE:  Meet at the University Club of Winter Park, 841 Park Avenue North, Winter Park, 32789 at the corner of Park Avenue and Webster. Beginning at 9:30 a.m., the morning event features a lovely full breakfast catered by George's Gourmet Cookies & Catering and an uplifting guest speaker.  We will also honor our classmates who have passed away as well as those attending who are veterans!  After breakfast, we can drive over to the old high school (now the Ninth Grade Center) to take our photos on the front steps. Unfortunately, rules have tightened about visitors having the freedom to roam the campus. The event is given courtesy of Bill Lawton and Sid Cash and their sweet wives.  Dress is casual...no charge for our attendees...leave with a full tummy and a full heart.

"The MAIN EVENT!" -- Saturday, April 22nd -- 6:30-10:30 p.m. at the Winter Park golf course clubhouse... Come casual for our 50th reunion blowout!  Jeans and boots are likely the right look for this event.  We have our great deejay -- Charles Miles -- back again!  "4 Rivers Smokehouse" is providing dinner -- a variety of barbecued meats and delicious sides.  We'll have beer and wine plus some mixers on hand should you desire to bring your own bottle.  Of course, we'll have water and soft drinks, too.  There are some surprises in the works, and we promise you a wonderful time!  Tickets are $75 each...casual dress..order tickets on the "BUY TICKETS" page...$75 per person pays for ALL reunion events.  We are asking for donations in memory of our classmates who have passed on so that we will be able to cover all of the costs.  The $75 per person ticket price does not cover the costs, so we do need help.  Even $10-$20 would help so much!  If you feel that you can help provide this great weekend for our class, we'd love to have your kind gesture.  See the 'DONATIONS IN MEMORY' page.
